Refund and Returns Policy

HillCrest Agro Industries Products
Overview
At HillCrest Agro Products, our refund and returns policy is valid for 2 days from the date of purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
As we deal in poultry, sheep, and eggs, customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return (where applicable):
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
  • Live poultry (chickens, roosters, hens, chicks)
  • Live sheep or livestock
  • Eggs (including country/desi eggs)
  • Any perishable agricultural product once delivered
We also do not accept returns for:
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Health or personal care items
⚠️ Please do not send any product back to the manufacturer.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
  • Product is dead on arrival (for live poultry or sheep)
  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
📌 Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in limited situations such as:
  • Minor transit-related damage
  • Quantity mismatch (verified at delivery)
Each case will be reviewed individually by HillCrest Agro Products.

Refund Process

Once your request is received and verified:
  • We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
  1. Please recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider or bank for processing updates

Sale Items

Items sold at a discounted or promotional price are non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are:
  • Dead on arrival
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrectly delivered

Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of live animals and perishable goods, customers are not required to ship products back.
